Cheap Trick - Ain’t that a Shame (1979!)
This is too awesome for words. I’m remembering I saw Cheap Trick and AC/DC (w/ Bon Scott) at the Omaha Auditorium in 1979. Ha!
One of the healthiest and yummiest breakfast/snacks ever!!
Ingredients:
Whole avocado
Eggs
Cayenne pepper (or any spice of your choice)
Cheese (optional)
Remove the stone from an avocado. Scoop out a little more avocado to increase the size of the stone’s crater. Crack an egg into the crater. Sprinkle with Cayenne pepper (cheese too if you desire). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until egg is cooked to the level you like.

About 2 years ago, when I first heard Thrushes I had no idea they were from Baltimore. All i knew was they became an instant favorite and became perennial entries in my iTunes “most played” list. After an extended break from performing they played a short set of mostly new songs last night. You can only imagine how thrilled I was to be able to meet them and see them perform in such a intimate setting.
